Job Overview :

Responsible for creating a native application for android using java development framework. This individual should have deep experience contributing to and managing full-scale production applications. The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities and must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced product development environment. In addition, the ability to self-manage and work independently is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

2. Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

3. Strong knowledge of android ui design principles, patterns, and best practices

4. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

5. Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as - touch-

6. Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers

7. Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks

8. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

9. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

10. A knack for benchmarking and optimization.

11. Understanding of Googles android design principles and interface guidelines

12. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as git

13. Familiarity with continuous integration

14. Required good knowledge about Android components, Activity lifecycle, fragment lifecycle.

15. Should have knowledge about Broadcast receivers, Services, Intent, Pending intent.

16. Should have basic knowledge about Google services like Google map integrations, Push notifications.

17. Required basic knowledge about REST API integration.

18. Required basic knowledge about Recycler view, Constraint layout, Coordinator layout, Linear layout, Relative layout etc.

19. Knowledge about Kotlin/RxJava and Jetpack components is additional.

Qualifications:

1. Required good knowledge in OOPS concept.

2. Work with product and design
