Roles and Responsibilities

• Translate business user concepts and ideas into comprehensive business requirements and design documents.
• Communicate Business Requirement by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models.
• Develop process documents to effectively manage the identification of requirements between the stakeholders and the development teams, thus getting information to development faster and with fewer errors.
• Create project plans in accordance with project management framework standards and procedures.
• Identify ongoing issues and gaps within project plans, in order to eliminate implementation issues.
• Execute, implement and maintain workflow and analytics systems using various analytics tools and project management tools.
• Work with analysis and visualization tools such as R, SQL, Excel and Tableau to analyze data and draw accurate and reliable conclusions to provide insights to upper management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
