We are also looking to hire a US IT Recruiter to join our growing startup team in a full-time
capacity. The candidate should be able to source, attract, pre-screen and select qualified and
suitable personnel to fill the job openings.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates from LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals across the US IT industry
• Interview selected candidates
• Submit RTRs
• End to end responsibility of client handling

Requirements

• BE in Computer Science, MCA, B-Tech in Computer Science or IT or any other equivalent
  degree
• Minimum one year experience in US IT full-cycle recruitment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good proficiency in MS office and internet search
• Creative to figure out possible solutions
• Go-Better
• Adjustable according to client requirements
• Ready to work in Night Shift
• Good attitude

Timings: 4:30 PM to 2:00 AM
