Responsibilities

• Should have sound experience in managing a team
• Maintain a list of top performance issues reported by clients and have regular meetings with Manager on the same to identify the next steps on addressing these.
• From Moderate to an expert level of knowledge on Database like MySQL and MSSQL.
• Should know database optimization and indexing techniques for MySQL and MSSQL
• Networking Concepts. Knowledge on network tools like Fiddler
• Knowledge on Wireshark, SSL handshake will be an add on
• Skills in Debugging java code and understanding exceptions
• Exceptional skills in tomcat architecture and understanding
• Understanding of multi-tier application and SaaS architecture.
• An up-to-date knowledge and understanding of your employer's business and industry needs, as well as the technical demands
• To recognize the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user
• Excellent communication skills, Analytical and problem-solving ability
