Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collecting financial and operational data from pharmacies to review, audit, and analyze to help pharmacies understand their business economics.
• Communicate findings with the manager and prepare reports that may be shared, including internal business units and external clients.
• Ensure quality work through a thorough knowledge and understanding of reporting logic, analysis of discrepancies, and ability to audit findings to determine the root cause of issues.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analyses.
• An inherent responsibility to seek opportunities for streamlining and improving internal and external report offerings.
• Understanding of key performance indicators and how to track results against them.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of visualization/dashboard design techniques for data analysis and presentation
• Skilled in one or more business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Looker
• Experience with SQL coding

Specialized Skills:

• Advanced Excel experience required.
• Proven analytical background.
• Experience working with senior decision-makers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field.

Professional Experience:

3-5 years of data analysis experience, pharmacy experience preferred.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in related field preferred
