You're a problem-solver and love challenges. You don't take 'no' for an answer. You feel physical pain writing bad code.
You're preferably full-stack. Period. You can and want to write code end-to-end. You would enjoy designing a system for speed and complexity. We're Backbone/Angular for front-end and Java for backend. But don't worry about that. We want you to debate on the pros and cons of different architectures and tech stack choices and be real contributing members. You think a Python framework or Java is better - great, prove it! Not even going to talk about SQL vs noSQL right now - every smart person knows they both can co-exist, depending on specific needs. We want people who can and want to learn new shit in real-time while on the job.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to the team by removing technical roadblocks. Mentor junior team members.
Keep oneself updated on the latest technological developments related to technologies used by YourDOST
Do POC for new features.
Develop web applications using Angular Framework.
Develop native mobile apps for Android and Apple using Flutter.
Create Rest API using Java Spring and Python
Work on deploying application on AWS

Key Skills

7+ Years of experience
A complete team player (we mean it!), who is humble and puts team goals priority over individual goals.
Should be able to provide key technical leadership to the team, should become a technical role model, and remove technical roadblocks for the team.
Should be able to design technical architectures.
Should be hands-on and should code when the situation demands.
A full-stack person - You should know one front-end technology like Angular. You should be comfortable with backends like Java and Python. We are very particular that a person is really open to working on both frontend and backend.
Should have good knowledge of one mobile App development framework like Android or Apple
Should have good knowledge of modern container environments like Docker or Kubernetes.
Should have good knowledge of the AWS deployment environments.
