Business Development Executive

Job Description

Job Description :

  • Hands-on experience in generating business via portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Peopleperhour, etc
  • Increasingly achieving monthly business starting from $2K to $20K+ starting 1st month
  • Getting business of ticket size between $500 to $50K+
  • Must have knowledge about IT Services, Custom software, Mobility, and the latest IT trends
  • Must propose technical solutions based on Microsoft.NET, PHP, Mobile, OpenSource Mobile technologies for websites, intranets, CRM's, eCommerce, business applications, ERPs, emr, etc
  • Submitting solutions around 15 to 25 bids per day
  • Excellent at closing projects and showcasing IT portfolio of projects
  • Develop proposals and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs), by researching and writing standard and customized proposals
  • Excellent and negotiating terms, building formal agreements, contracts, and proposals
  • To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow-ups, Outbeating Competitor bids

Education/Experience

  • Excellency in front end sales
  • Must be good in sales, negotiations
  • Excellency in oral and written communication
  • Should have sound knowledge of IT industry
  • Must have experience in selling of IT & BPO services (not products)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead generation
  • Set up appointments
  • Increase company revenue by acquiring new customer accounts
