Experience: 3 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Take a leadership role in helping advance and support our SalesForce Practice.
• Assist with client presentations and proposal creation as required.
• Review business requirements to develop functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Participates in analysis and design activities.
• Responsible for the development activities using the Salesforce platform.
• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation.
• Help create integration and development project plans and designs.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of strong enterprise software development experience.
• Competent with object-oriented design and development techniques.
• Solve complex technical, scalability or performance challenges.
• Ensure compliance to software engineering standards across the engineering team.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agile experience is a must.
