The Job

We are looking for an individual who is sharp and logical in evaluating the project scope along with resolving technical feasibility all other production related issues. The person should be capable of managing the team and get the most out of it in the quickest way possible.

About You

• At least 5 years experience within a similar role
• Able to lead multiple technical projects with organisational excellence and urgency
• Evaluation of scope requirements
• Project & Resource planning
• Project Reporting
• Proactive Risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, and escalation
• Ability to identify and implement change control processes
• Project monitoring and controlling capability
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to organize and motivate a team and the related project documentation
• Ability to contribute towards continuous improvement processes
• High level understanding of quality assurance processes
• Lead, mentor and drive a project with a sense of urgency
• Excellent speaking and conversational skills; able to present to leadership
• Strong work ethic, proactive and assertive, able to - get things done with minimal supervision
