Job Objective

• To transform the way of Cloud purchase, management , and optimization of IT services.
• To engage with Enterprise IT, Operations, and Finance teams to implement best practices for adoption and cost savings This will include generating and providing recommendations on how Business units can optimize their usage of GCP, services not considered, working to reengineer internal people and processes, and working with partners to ensure ongoing optimization.
• To be subject matter expert in all cost and commercial related aspects of the cloud life cycle And Provide Business Units with cost related insights, metrics, and KPIs
• To define and maintain the Cloud Financial Model to be adhered by respective Business Units . This role is accountable to ensure adherence and governance to the Cloud Finance Model Architecture and Process

• Understand the groups long-term business strategies and goals, define the strategic objectives, roadmap, and goals for the IT Cloud Cost and operational effectiveness in line with overall Group IT Cloud strategy
• Understand and engage with stakeholders to transform the way cloud resources are purchased, managed and optimized
• Architect and develop processes, purchasing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to embrace technologies at scale and to ensure long-term sustenance. in relation to the Adanis group Cloud strategy where appropriate
• Understand and communicate billing, forecasting, and budgeting best practices and Publish policies for Cloud Financials related to budgeting, authorization, provisioning, forecasting, utilisation and billing .
• Participate in industry forums to interact with different Cloud solution providers and evaluate new and potential technologies for financial processes, costing and optimization

Job Profile BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ Years of experience working with cloud spend management, this will imply hands on experience with cost management tools, services, features and data analysis.
• 7+ years of business development and IT management or IT Finance experience.
