PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Check and perform updates for all sites backup.
• Network support engineer will determine user needs and system requirements in
order to design, monitor and maintain computer networks.
• Manage and maintain network structure of India site.
• Manage and support system administrators at India site.
• Clear out users level hardware and software queries at all sites.
• Maintain SonicWALL support.
• Maintain switch, router and other hardware support.
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet and installing antivirus
protection.
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Server installation and manage existing servers.
• Mange and minting DNS & DHCP servers.
• Install or upgrade software and hardware.
• Follow up of IT Helpdesk.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• 3+ Years experience at network and server side.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Understand the users queries and troubleshoot the issue.
• May require to work in shift time.
