You will lead, research, innovate, inspire and adapt continuous process improvements for the end 2 end build, develop, test and deploy for the ELM portfolio. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ELM development pipeline to deliver developer changes into the build and test processes to eventually result in released candidates that meet IBM release readiness acceptance criteria.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

 

• 8-12 years of relevant industry experience
• Minimum 1-2 years leading a continuous integration/continuous Agile development team
• Minimum 3-5-year experience in a similar position (Dev or Ops)
• Experience implementing a robust CI/CD pipeline integrated with automated tests, promotion pipeline stages
• Strong automation skills to automate repetitive tasks and simplify code delivery, test and promotion process for engineering teams
• Experience with software container technology - Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift Container Platform
• Experience provisioning apps with tools like Ansible,etc
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Eclipse build engine, Urban Code Deploy, Jenkins, Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Argo CD, etc
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
• Experience with Databases like DB2, Oracle, SQL
• Basic knowledge of a programming language (Java, Python, Groovy, Ruby, C, C )
• Familiar with Agile and Devops concepts and practices.
