Roles and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated technical capability in designing & architecting SaaS products using modern tech stacks for Now platform.
• Good understanding of various architectural design patterns and experience in implementing them on products.
• Should be able to define design specifications; evaluate new frameworks/ technologies in the field and provide the right direction on the upgrade path
• Should be able to effectively convert product specification or User Stories into actual product feature.
• Expert level knowledge of AngularJS and JavaScript.
• Hands On development or coding experience is a must.
• Good knowledge of structured and unstructured database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB etc.
• Should be highly conversant with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to review source code from a quality perspective, establish and monitor QA standards
• Must be experienced in working on multi developer source code version control platforms & project management like Git, Atlassian etc.
• Has worked in a successful start-up environment taking product from sprints to a mature stage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science/ IT engineering or equivalent.
• Min.8+ years of experience in Software Product Development at an enterprise level.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
• Effective communicator with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment.
• Ability to work in a start-up environment.
