Experience - Fresher

Roles and Responsibilities -

Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.

Skills:

Should have strong Communication, Presentation, Articulation, Inter-personal, Client Handling skills.
A good understanding of technology and technical skills.

Qualification – B.Tech/B.E/MCA/BCA, MBA-IT/HR etc. Technical qualification highly preferred due to the nature of the job.
