Job Responsibilities:

• Lead our global eCommerce Implementation and Website Migration projects, Scope, Create and oversee Project Schedules, Outlining the necessary deliverables, ensure timely completion and implementation through all phases, take lead on quality control issues, write and present project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members and develop required documentation for all Website/eCommerce projects.
• Analyse customer's website/eCommerce requirements, do the GAP analysis, prepare Functional Requirements Document (FRD) & guide to the Technical team with only minimal required customisation to fulfil our customer’s business needs.
• Attend Customer meetings and phone/video calls in the USA/Europe time zone to completely understand their needs.
• Collaborate with the Designing, Presales, Technical and Sales teams to design a custom solution that addresses the needs and manage the entire project from inception to execution.
• Guide, Train and educate our web development team as the subject matter expert for a solution on the pros and cons of various methodologies and practices in day-to-day execution flow based on a wide breadth of knowledge and exposure.
• Manage client expectations across all projects after the scope of work has been agreed to.
• Maintain proper lines of communication across the entire project team.
• Distribute project status reports to client and executive team members to bring transparency.
• Ensure that each of our Website/eCommerce projects is planned & tracked appropriately and effectively throughout the Sprint plans ensuring deadlines are met without any kind of delay.
• Work with Technical and QA teams to schedule production releases and ensure that appropriate business requirements are satisfactorily tested before deployment.
