Business Process Analysis to Identify the Requirement

Requirement Gathering is a phase where a consultant needs to interact with the clients, discuss in detail about their business process cycles, include in- depth understanding of any current implemented solutions, understands about the pain areas and discuss the expectation of the clients from the new solution design. Documenting the Requirements

A consultant should be great at documenting all the Requirements, should be able to document the discussions in a way which reflects a clear understanding of the discussions, expectations and the pain areas, the document should be tool to verify all the findings

GAP Analysis and Documenting the FIT/GAP

A MS Dynamics Functional Consultant should be well versed with the product knowledge related to the area of expertise, this is required so that consultant can do a right FIT/GAP analysis of all the requirements and business process understandings, should be knowledgeable enough in making the right decisions which Gaps are complex and which are minor to handle, should have right analysis skills which will help in right categorization of the requirements.

The Consultant should have right exposure of handling end to end implementation cycle and support based projects.

Should be able to rightly document the analysis done and be able to communicate with the clients explaining in detail about the FIT/GAP analysis.

Solution Design Inclusive of Standard solution and customized Solution

To identify business solutions, a MS Dynamics Functional Consultant should have in depth product knowledge, should be capable of doing a clear impact analysis for designing a solution, should be capable for designing the solutions which are not met from standard features, should be well versed with core as well as for all the new enhancements features in the product.
