Roles and Responsibilities

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters or Bachelors in Science or Technology domain
• 8+ years of development experience in Java, J2EE and APIs
• Extensive experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA and REST APIs
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services
• Experience in using Continuous Integration and Delivery automation tools
• Experience in Designing Solution and Technology Architectures
• Experience in working in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience in Database Programming using SQL scripts
• Must have good attitude and excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to work from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. IST to overlap working hours with US based Client.
