Job description:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who plays an important role in the successful setup, build integrated or stand-alone releases into various environment like staging and production. This role is critical to the production environment and helps preventing the introduction of bad or untested code into production. The role of the DevOps Engineer is to generate high-quality build by running and maintaining the source code and build systems. DevOps Engineer also keep researching and implementing new deployment techniques and tools to continuously improve the build system to meet the agile development needs. This position also works to identify the root cause of any deployment issues and works with the development team to resolve issues as well as ensure the success of the product deployment process.

Key job responsibilities:

• Manage the build process for multiple concurrent releases
• Maintain various software feature branches using a Source Control System
• Participate in deployment & configuration of the application as needed
• Assist the Software Operations Team to Develop, maintain and enhance key parts of the deployment and release processes
• Responsible for the design and development of tools, scripts, installation procedures and systems including source code control and issue tracking.
• Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure final version is up to organizational standards.
• Design and configure continuous integration build system through collaboration with development and IT teams
• Automate build and deployment process through build system and evolve the deployment infrastructure
• Work with other technical team members to resolve all release related issues.
