Responsibilities

• Manage agile team and perform scrum master role
• Manage app development process based on agile methodologies
• Handle release planning, change management; own application delivery from concept to release
• Perform requirements/user story identification and analysis
• Validate requirements with clients/stakeholders
• Focus on improving the application for customers
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, partners and other support functions when required
• Ensure that all testing activities are implemented prior to release

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Agile practitioner with minimum 3 years of managing application delivery and of leading agile teams as a scrum master
• Minimum of 5 years working on application development projects
• Working knowledge of web technologies and/or data analytics
• Experience with source control management tools (GitHub, Jenkins) and with Agile Life Cycle Management tools (Jira, Zenhub)
• Self-motivated towards meeting agreed goals

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in OO programming languages
• Experience in Red Hat, IBM Cloud, Open Shift
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements
• Proven interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
