Job Responsibilities

• Review requirement & design specifications to ensure understanding of project.
• Identify test requirements from specifications and ensure coverage of testing in project.
• Responsible Test Strategy, Test cases and Test data, Develop, document Test Scenarios and Cases based on functional profiles.
• Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
• Accurate and timely reporting of test progress, risks & issues.
• Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes.
• Prepare and share bug reports with all required details.
• Prepare & maintain RTM.
• Effective Communication with project team.
• Participate in Client demos & effective client communication.
• Perform software system test Automation. E.g. sanity, functional, regression, integration
• Ensure quality measures align with SLAs.
• Work with project team effectively and lead quality team.
• Strong communication skills are required (oral and written)
• Excellent problem solving capabilities and analytical skills.
• Result-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure.
• Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.

Skills Required

• Have good experience on Function and non functional testing.
• Have good knowledge of any one programming language.
• 4-6 years of relevant QA technical experience.
• Knowledge of e-Commerce domain.
• Experience in Web Services Testing is required.
• Ability to create clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases.
• Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications.
• Communicate with development and project management team.
• Basic working knowledge in Selenium.
• Understanding of SQL Database.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Experience in testing Salesforce platform is good to have.
• Payment gateway workflow understanding & experience working on same is good to have.
• Good understanding of estimation process , knowledge management and KPI.
