Designation: Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Professional

Job Location: Surat (Government Client)

Educational Qualification(s): B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc.(IT)/BCA/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc.(IT)

Detailed Description of the Job Profile

• Shall ensure the quality and reviews of the deliverables.

• Shall develop and maintain the software quality assurance plan/processes

• Shall review implementation and adherence to the required QA plan/processes

• Shall be responsible for implementing process improvement initiatives.

• Shall review the relevant documents (SDD and User Manuals).

• Shall review various project metrics collected by Systems Analysts and teams.

• Shall coordinate with relevant tracks during the preparation and execution of System Testing Specifications.

• Shall coordinate for User Acceptance Testing with the Department.

• Shall be the overall in-charge of the Version Control and Configuration Management.

• Shall keep track of all defects identified during System Testing, UAT and mock testing to ensure closure.

• Shall coordinate with Systems Analyst and team in the resolution of any noncompliances, issues and/or risks identified as a result of software quality activities

• Identify lessons learned that could improve processes for future products

Skills [Required]

• Should be a graduate with specialization in information technology / systems

• Should have at least five years of post- qualification experience

• Should be trained on Application development (SDLC lifecycle) and Software Quality Assurance

• Professional certifications like MCP, MCSD, MCSE, MCSE+I, MCDBA, OCDBA, etc. would be preferred.

• Should be proficient in .Net, VB, ASP, Javascript, HTML, DHTML, XML, AJAX, SQL server
