Role and Responsibilities

Can manage a team of 5 to 6 LGE and keep the motivation level high in-order to achieve the target set for the region. Should be creative in terms of implementing new approaches.  

• Work delegation and coaching for optimum utilization of provided resources
• Collaborating with management on business development and lead generation goals, planning, and forecasting
• Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase SQL
• Initiate and track lead generation campaigns to identify growth, challenges and risks
• Manage, nurture and convert inbound MQL/SQL leads into SAL
• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity with unique ideas, to generate
• outbound lead opportunities
• Assess and analysis of the existing processes and lead the scope of changes
• Active involvement in R&D of creative email marketing techniques
• Schedule activities & making data presentations to meet the regular lead generation targets
