Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Lead QA team for the testing requirements.

2. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

3. Coordinate and communicate with developers and Project Managers for issues/clarifications.

4. Analyze the requirement document and prepare Test Scenarios and Test cases.

5. Map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.

6. Review test cases.

7. Perform testing as per the test plan expectations.

8. Report and track the defects found in the Pre-Production or Live environment.

9. Provide proper feedback of current build on Pre-Production (Test environment).

10. Create and maintain Quality Records.

11. Perform daily checks on production and maintain appropriate records.

12. Participate in QA meetings and update the status to reporting authority.

13. Coordinate with team members and work as a team.

14. Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.

Critical skills required:-

1. Experience/skills preferred:

• Must have the experience to lead a minimum of 3 members.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience on the black box and white box testing - Web and Mobile applications.
• Must have hands-on experience in Security/ Load/ Performance Testing using JMeter.
• Automation Testing - Selenium Web Drive.
