Roles & Responsibilities :

Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offerings.
Learn details about our services.
Address any questions or issues customers may have.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.
Offer solutions based on the client's needs and capabilities.
Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
Keep an updated customer database.
Track and document calls and sales.
Update client records.

Experience: 1-2 years

Skills required :

Hsc, graduation, or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience as a telemarketing executive within the
