Job Description

Indicative Responsibilities for Quality Control:

• Implement quality assurance standards and procedure
• Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished
product quality
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Document & File internal audits and other quality assurance activities
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

Required Experience and Qualifications

a) Management professional with shop-floor management experience in manufacturing unit /process
industry
b) Qualified by CIPET - Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology
c) Experience in Quality Control
d) Open to working on the Production-floor
e) Assertive and proactive
f) Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
g) Strong people management skills
h) Ability to deal with labour and other workers
i) Organized & Analytical & System Driven
j) Attentive to details; quality oriented
k) Physically active and mentally strong
l) Language – comfortable in English, Hindi and Mewari/ local Udaipur Dialect
m) Advance excel is preferred
n) data management skills
o) PVC/WPC experience is preferred

CTC range – Rs.20K-25K per month depending on experience
,day/night alternating shifts
