Currently requires the candidate to work at Indore. But must be flexible to shift to Banglore once Covid scenario permits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The lead designer will be responsible for UI/ UX on application and web site. This includes:

• Developing wireframes and task flows based on business needs.
• Conducting user research and testing.
• Collaborating with developers to create intuitive, user-friendly experience through UI of app and webpage.
• Combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.

 
Objective of this position:
-Understand product specifications and user psychology
-Work with business and product / tech to understand roadmap as well as contribute to company's
future launch propositions
-Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
-Create personas through user research and data
-Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
-Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
-Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
-Create unique and user friendly attractive designs
-Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
-Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
-Collaborate with marketing teams to drive consumer engagement with better creative designs approach in line with brand image

Skills and Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
-Strong portfolio of design projects and background in project management and research
-Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
-Proficient in design and sharing software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq,Adobe XD,Figma)
-Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
-Problem-solving aptitude
-Analytical mind with a business acumen
-Excellent communication skills
-BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
-Experience minimum 4 years
