Work Responsibilities:
• Firstly, Respond, engage and qualify the existing team vertical wise
• Taking responsibility for Company's entire Monthly Sales target and planning for next month to acquire Annual Turn Over
• Engaging in providing & receiving leads, targets, and daily reports from the team.
• Developing new prospect ideas, incentive plans, and target break-even individually to team
• Develop new sales team by hiring eligible prospects to achieve targets
• Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email -
• Min 15-20% CTC - Hike as per current take away ( Negotiable)
