Back Office Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate records and enters data
  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering office supplies.
  • Maintaining administration and operation records.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the office team.
  • Light accounting duties
  • Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
  • Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Assisting with inventory management.
  • Organizing and updating calendars.
  • Processing company purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Assisting and supporting management.
  • Managing the exit and joining formalities for the employees.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous work experience is a plus point.
  • Willing to join immediately.
  • Location: Udaipur
  • Timings: 10-6 (Sundays Off)
