Job Description

As a Data Engineer on our team you will have the opportunity to shape the future big data landscape at leading Fortune 500 organizations and cutting-edge startups. You will work on customer engagements to solve big data problems using Apache Spark and the Databricks platform. You will deliver data engineering and machine learning solutions system integrations and training to enable customers to solve the world& rsquo s toughest data problems.

The skills you will bring

1. Hands-on technical experience with Apache Spark 
2. 2+ years of design and implementation experience in big data technologies
3. Experience working as: Data Engineer: performance tuning troubleshooting and debugging Spark and/or other big data solutions
4. Comfortable programming in Python Scala or Java
5. Experience using cloud infrastructure and services (AWS Azure GCP)
6. Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to strategic stakeholders/leadership Experience in customer-facing technical architecture or consulting role preferred
7.Passionate about learning new technologies and making customers successful
