We KEYSTONE are FASTEST GROWING REAL ESTATE SOLUTION COMPANY
having office at Western Suburb. We are expanding our operations at Western,
Central, Navi Mumbai & Pune. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales
Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be
responsible for sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing
business.
Responsibilities
ï‚· Generate sales leads through Tele-calling and online marketing activity.
ï‚· She should work on verified Leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assist
for closing the deals.
ï‚· Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their
queries
ï‚· Explain project/Services and demonstrate the features and benefits.
ï‚· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
ï‚· Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers
periodically.
ï‚· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
Requirements
ï‚· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service
role
ï‚· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the
phone
ï‚· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and
telephone systems
ï‚· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to
prospects
ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ï‚· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
ï‚· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
