we are doing a POC with some of the leaders in robotic process automation and are likely to choose a vendor in the next 3 -4 weeks. As we launch RPA and build operational central  of excellence within the business, we would be looking at the tenured programmer who has significant experience working with RPA tools most likely automation anywhere or nintex . some of the requirements are given below :

• modeling and developing our robotic process during the project development stage.
• updating and maintaining the developer status around RPA best practices.
• mentoring and guiding peers via code review, dev sessions, and pair - programming.
•  investigation and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that can be used in future development.
• understanding of project management and business analysis framework.
