Every person who we onboard will directly report to the founding team and will be responsible for bringing creative flair and strong visual sense to the table. You will also interact closely with Client-side stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide the right design directions and best UI UX design outcomes. 

Each of these are high-engagement roles with clients and internal teams and thus require a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Be very well versed with tools like Adobe XD (Preferred) , Figma or Sketch.
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how a product looks like (Eg: applications & platforms)
• Present & prepare rough drafts to internal stakeholders
• Identify & troubleshoot UX problems (flow, interaction, responsiveness, etc.)
• Conduct revisions & iterations based on feedback
• Adhere to global design guidelines for iOS & Android and Web.
• Need to be able to create branding & marketing designs too.
• Good communication skills.
