About the Role
We're looking for a high energy Individual who will be aligned with our Supply Chain and
Operations vertical and help us in the system of organizations, people, activities, information,
and resources involved in moving a product or service from supplier to customer. You shall
be required to manage and scale operations and supply chain for our brands across different
channels. This position requires partnership and coordination with technical and functional
leads to understand issues and provide solutions that align to business processes. This is a
role with high visibility and interaction with top leadership and will require a leader to
establish and maintain high standards of operational support and service delivery.

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for
• Integrating new brands in our ecosystem.

• Thinking Big and identifying improvement opportunities and gaps in existing process and works with key stakeholders to execute/resolve them.

• Owning the supply chain and operations for running products and potential new products.

• Managing & coordinating with internal stake-holders and external service providers.

• Program planning and execution under precise timelines.

• Setting up scalable business processes and frameworks within the organization.

• Manages current and future demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacities to ensure completion of customer requirements.

• Cross functional coordination with the demand team and building an understanding of functional requirements.

• Implements methods, practices and techniques to ensure the most economical movement of materials through the supply chain to achieve cost-effective logistics practices and inventory levels while meeting customer delivery requirements.

• Leads the implementation of lean manufacturing tools including pull systems, levelling and visual management systems.

• Coordinates logistics planning and implementation for excellent delivery performance.
