Sub-editing is demanding and requires constant attention to detail in a fast-paced working environment. We are looking for self-motivated candidates who can: 

• Edit articles with a quick turnaround time
• Drive high-quality content writing, editing, proofreading for inhouse and client’s websites
• Write compelling headings and captions, and may occasionally be involved with overall page design.
• Ensure that the content is devoid of any factual errors
• Be able to occasionally write content for all platforms: website, video, social media 
• Assist in building and improving content
• Help curate content plans and maintain an editorial calendar 
• Coordinate with the SEO team to understand their needs and create editorial plans

Skills:

• Must be a self-starter, should be able to churn out ideas into quality web content. 
• Excellent command over English and structured grammar is a must.
• Familiarity with SEO writing styles (keywords, H1/H tags, keyword density, meta tags, etc). 
• Should be able to edit 3,000+ words with ease keeping the audience interested throughout the content.
