Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Provide customer assistance and support primarily via phone, email and Chat for technical and customer account.
  • Need to deal with our customers from all over India.
  • Will be responsible to call clients and explain them about the services we provide.
  • No Tele sales/ No sales targets.

 Skills Required :

  • Good communication skills (ENGLISH Only) & Computer skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months - years experience in Tele calling/BPO

Education/Experience

  • Candidate must be graduate.
