Job Description

Being an inbound process, agents receive the call, take the remote session and diagnose the problem. The agent let the customer understand the problem, solution, and charges for the services with a proper disclaimer. After the customer's authorization, the agent proceeds further and forwards the call to the technical department.


Requirement - Command over Sales Skills

Have to be fluent in English with excellent Communication & Conviencing skills.


Can also handle calls of customer's.

Education/Experience

Fresher / Undergraduates / Graduates / PG students (Any stream)

For technical profiles, relevant knowledge is required.
