We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to join our team. The Senior Technical Lead position is a key role because it requires a high level of technical expertise, management of development resources, organization and planning skills, and direct communication with our clients.

Job Description / Role Profile:

• Ownership of the solution delivery of multiple projects.
• Apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/design solutions.
• Lead team of engineers involved in the development & delivery.
• Provide coaching & technical leadership to team members and resolve complex issues.
• Build technical expertise in various areas as and when required.
• Should be able to manage cross-functional teams and ensure they meet their KRA.

Candidates’ Profile:

• Should have in-depth experience (5+ Years) in working PHP, MEAN stack, Oracle/SQL
• Server/MySQL/MongoDB/Postgres.
• 2+ years of experience in architecting solutions in Complex Business Problem and Database Modelling.
• Working knowledge of UI Technology Vuejs/React/Angular is required.
• Willingness to work hands-on as per product specification.
• Successfully implemented Infrastructure automation through CI/CD, DevOps scripting (shell,
• Python, CloudFormation, Terraform, Docker).
• Familiar with tools such as Git, GitHub, BitBucket, VS, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Visio, etc.
• Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, ownership acumen, and be able to
• deconstruct complex problems & projects into execution detail
• BSc/BCA/MCA/Btech in Computer Science or IT
