Job Description

Responsibilities :
 Respond to replies on Social media platforms (co-ordinating with the technical team for the content)
 Promote content on social media with a well planned schedule for various platforms (content to be
taken from inhouse Technical Research team)
 Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
 Keeping an eye on existing and developing trends on all social media platforms and adapt
accordingly.
 Periodic creative posts on social media platforms for various occasions (festivals etc) as well as
market related occasions and events.

Education/Experience

Requirements :
Broking/trading sector experience preferable.
 Candidates required to manage social media content as well as co-ordinating internally to post
relevant replies to queries
 should be conversant with all types of social media.
 should have an experience in running social media campaigns
 Good command over the English language is a necessity.
 should have an attention to details
 capable of creating original content.
 should have a good controlled sense of humour and be able to engage with people
