Job Description

Experience :- 1 to 3yrs
Job Location – Pune

CTC – Rs. 2 lacs to Rs. 3 lacs

Role & Responsibilities :
* Person who can facilitate support to our software product i.e Tradepoint & Opstra.
* Providing Software Product Demonstration to Interested leads or Investors.
* Product support Executive will be a part of the technical team to create optimum customer
satisfaction, leading to long term relationships.
* Person will be Responsible to interact with the clients and help to resolve the queries if any.
* Coordinate with business units to support new product developments and existing product
enhancements.

 

Education/Experience

Candidates TRAITS :
Broking/trading sector experience preferable.
* Experience 1 - 4 yrs
* The desired candidates should have product support experience and minimal knowledge from the
stock market domain.
* Should be Excellent in Communication Skills .
* Should Be Confident & Multitasker & Problem Solving Attitude.
* Good Listener
* Proactive
