Senior Business Development Executive(Advance Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The ideal candidate will have to be passionate about the “art” of marketing and must possess an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services, and public image. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in
our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth

Responsibilities:

  • Manage different CRM systems within the organization and for clients of the organization
  • Facilitate business operations in the CRM systems for external as well as internal consumers
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate authorities for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects as and when required
  • Close sales and achieve revenue objectives Participate in the construction of customer journey system in CRM, and continuously optimize the CRM system, process specifications, and relevant tools based on business needs.
  • Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Managing CRM related data flows and data mapping
  • Liaising with the Digital Team to manage and improve data capture strategies.
  • Providing clear direction to Front line managers and executives about CRM and PR activity SMS calls to e-mail
  • Proactively offering ideas and insights to improve customers’ issues and challenges.
  • Carrying out research to find new and innovative ways of engaging customers.
  • Working on various lead engagement activities & automation in coordination with category and marketing teams
  • Participate in primary and secondary market research

Education/Experience

Requirements:

  • Must be from IT Sales background
  • Proven inside sales experience and expert in negotiation
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in B2B based IT projects /Web Development solutions/SaaS/PaaS/ iaaS products
  • Ability to provide good Inside Sales service to clients
  • Required Experience : 2–3 years.
