Experience - 2- 5 years

We’re looking for smart, experienced individuals to help design, manage and deliver web application projects across a variety of use cases and industries. Individuals need to have excellent levels of clear logical thinking, the ability to understand businesses, and outstanding abilities in planning and organization of project work. They will also be expected to excel at communication in clear, specific terms and organize their work progress updates and summaries. Strong technical skills in the general web application stack are obviously a must.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Model data in SQL databases for web applications using ERD diagrams
• Understand, design, and implement data flow in the web application.
• The document said data flows and explain it to others in a clear concise manner.
• Build frontend screens based on user requirements
• Build backend routes to fetch, store, update or delete data in a database using an ORM or raw SQL
• Comprehensively unit test created code manually including all edge cases and validations
• Maintain focus on security, scalability, and user experience
• Deliver in a timely manner with high quality across a number of workstreams
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing on work progress, issues and ideas with the rest of the team and clients
• Maintain code and repository integrity and hygiene by following organizational best practices
• Present ideas and designs to colleagues and adapt work based on reviews and direct feedback

Skills Required
a. Strong analytical, problem solving, and logical thinking skills.
b. Excellent working SQL knowledge and experience.
c. Working experience building a web application. Understand routing, request
handlers, templates, layouts, ORM concepts, and be able to at least independently
implement a full basic CRUD application.
d. Have a good understanding of how data flows from frontend to request to
backend route to request handler to response back to the frontend.
e. Minimum 2 years of experience working on web applications
f. Minimum 2 years of experience working in HTML, CSS and front-end design and
development
g. Basic knowledge of Javascript, Python or Node.js
