Collection executive is responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt. ... Locating debtors and contacting them via phone or mail to address their overdue payments and determine the reason for the outstanding debt.

Able to make 100-150 calls daily.
Have to maintain daily and monthly collection targets.
Coordinate and communicate target with team leader
Respond promptly to customer and team leader.
Maintain up-to-date work records.
Must have Excel knowledge.
Able to make cold calls.
