Job Description

Responsibilities:

We are looking for Sr. Technical Writer who would be responsible for writing content for one of our fast-growing SaaS products - Enviso.  Sr. Technical Writer would be responsible for writing in-product content (tooltips, messages, welcome text, etc.) user documentation, technical documentation (API/integration), Knowledge base articles (FAQs, How-to) and marketing content.

• Work with product managers, product marketing, product design and development team to produce and maintain documentation
• Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
• Test both the product and its documentation for accuracy and consistency
• Write copy for a variety of media including social, print, video and online
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials
• Collaborate with other writers in team and from different sites to align on documentation process, practices, and quality
• Identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their improvements
• Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by the users
