Responsibilities:

Independent Recording of Invoice of Sales, Vendors and Capital Invoice,
To carry out day-to-day transactions, monitor the organization’s income, expenses and investments, and create and evaluate financial reports including cash-flow statements.
To cut costs and maximize profits, collaborate with the organization’s other top executives to go over budgeting and taxes monitor economic and financial trends
Maintain Petty Cash Expenses, Bank Receipts/Payments, Foreign Receipts/Payments in Tall 9 ERP
Recording of GST Bills, Statutory deductions like TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Scrutiny of Ledgers

Requirements:

6months to 1 year of experience in the Accounts department
Knowledge about accounts receivable and payables
Networking and negotiation skills
Experience in Tally ERP9
Must have knowledge for maintaining petty cash, GST, bank reconciliation, statutory, accounts, expenses
Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment
