• Work with me on an everyday basis
• Speak fluent English that normal people like me can understand
• Writing very clearly and very correctly in English 
• Remote work (I'm working from my Mumbai home office)
• The city doesn't matter, any big city with an airport  
• Young (late 20s, early 30s) and ambitious 
• Ready to travel and work flexible hours to make the business work
• Shares the same work ethic, motivation, and reporting system that I do
• Most likely doesn't have strong family commitments
• Has a clear life plan and follows it

• able to accept mistakes and change

For me, the above-mentioned soft skills are more important than hard skills and formal resume experience. The candidate can have a background from different industries and roles if he/she has the required soft skills for this position.
