Job Description

Looking for a talented Analyst who will be the key Liaison between our technology team, business development team, client hospitals and their respective Healthcare Information Systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be experienced in working on environments involving integrated and distributed systems with API management, SOAP/REST service calls and Asynchronous messaging technologies
• Key role in supporting the Integration and Product Management team in areas such as business processes and set process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Gather business requirements and understand workflows to create functional/non-functional requirements and specifications
• Clearly communicate complex information technology terminologies with a diverse group of end users, including Senior Leadership, IT Technical staff, Non-Technical staff and vendors
• Must be experienced in querying databases, creating reports based on requirements and troubleshooting issues involving data integrity
• Must have strong analytical skills to research and find solutions individually
• Familiar with Waterfall/Agile Methodology as it relates to completing sprints and working on tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
● Educational Background: BE, MCA
● Experience 3 to 5 years
● Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
