Minimum Experience Required - 2+ yrs
- Experience from US IT Staffing Industry is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 yrs of experience is required as US Onboarding Specialist or as client onboarding specialist.
- Co-ordination of on-boarding activities for non-billable resources, assisting with new employee orientation related processes
- Co-ordinating for employment BGV verifications
- Entering & maintaining data in HCM modules with Onboarding, employment changes, termination, and other activities on the System.
- Drafting letters Offer and employment agreement for non-billable employees
- Drafting employment letters - promotion, transfer and pay increase letters for non-billable employees.
- Must have knowledge on working with Beeline.
- Must have working experience with Infosys clients.
- Proficient in HRMS system.
- Excellent understanding of US employment types and compliance requirements.
- Excellent understanding of data recording and analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills, Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines required.
