Technical Project Manager/ Project Manager

Job Description

n a quest for a Technical Project Manager who can manage large scale projects, proficient in
coordination with clients,and effectively manage a talented team of developers.
A responsible person who can manage the business, Technical challenge and make sure that the
proposed plan adheres to the timeline budget and scope.
We need a successful Project Manager who has the capability to coordinate with clients majorly from
the US region. With the expertise and sound knowledge of client management, team management
and overall project management.
Key Responsibilities:-
● Manage multiple ecommerce development and other technical projects simultaneously.
● Work with Senior Management to develop and manage the overall Delivery Strategy &
Roadmap across clients for an entire US region.
● Plans and directs all aspects of the project including planning, scheduling, resourcing, risk
assessment, cost/benefit analysis, establishing milestones/final deliverables and overall
costs.
● Manage prioritization and trade-offs against client-specific tasks, prioritization and time to
delivery.
● Being the bridge between technology, engineering and utility experts. With people skills
and knowledge on the project, manage to motivate and drive people towards delivery.
● Proactively identify and resolve tactical delivery issues that may impair the team's ability to
meet client deliverables goals
● Developing and implementing an overall communication strategy to manage the project and
project related issues
● Understanding the short term and long term goals of client(s) and driving the team towards
the execution of those goals.
● Use information from various sources to understand the nature of the issue and/or create a
solution.
● Communicates project status, completing the monthly Project Status Reports and
escalating issues to the Practice head and Senior management, as required.

● Ensures the proper documentation and archiving of project activities, deliverables. tools and
findings for future access / projects

Desired Profile:-
● Candidates should be from an E commerce (Magento) background.
● Should have minimum 5+ Years of work experience overall and 3+ years’ experience in
technical project management with Ecommerce related projects.
● Should have great expertise in managing large scale US projects.
● Good understanding of Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign on (SSO), and security
concepts.
● Capability to comprehend and effectively translate customer's requirements into functional
technical specifications.
● Should have experience in handling at least 2 Full life cycle projects in Magento.
● Proven project management experience with excellent communication skills and ability to
manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while meeting company's
commitments including project deadlines, quality, budget, and customer expectations.
● Ability to develop strong business relationships with individuals serving as part of the project
team, internal and external resources, and customers.
Add On Qualities:-
● High level interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and conflict
management skills; able to work with a variety of people.
● PMP, ITIL or other training/experience.
● Strong leadership qualities are a must.

Education/Experience
