We are looking for someone with an imaginative, creative, and witty mindset as an

addition to YourSpex's marketing team, who can contribute with their ideas and quirk to

our Social media pages. The selected candidate must be a team player and will be

paying a crucial role in orchestrating and organizing the social media content across

platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

• Run successful social media campaigns to strengthen audience engagement.
• Experience in developing social strategies and integrated campaigns for our brand.
• Experience in developing best-in-class innovative content and campaigns for all social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
• Can identify the trends and generate engaging content related to the brand that could be a fit for social activations.
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Analyses and report the growth and trend of social media
• Has the knowledge of paid campaigns
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in social media management, and/or social media planning for an E-Commerce brand
• Experience in creating social media strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Craft engaging content
• Organized and able to multitask
• Always stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
• Possess in-depth knowledge of leading social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Adept at analyzing data, insights, and performance metrics like post engagement, reach, etc.
