Responsibilities

Handling Business-to-Business vertical of the company

Ability to Promote, Market and sell companies products such as Dry Fruits, Herbs, Spices, Seeds and Healthy Snacks.

Ability to sell to Retail Shops, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets.

Doing market research of innovation in products, packaging and sales strategies.

Recruiting and training of the sales team for optimum performance.

Contact customers via emails and phone calls to offer them products and services

arrange meetings with customers to discuss how the products can effectively meet the needs of the customer.

delivering sales pitches and presentations to clients to highlight the benefits of the products and provide offers to customers and encourage them to make a purchase.

duty to provide motivation and guidance to the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.

in charge of the activities of sales personnel, which entail assessing their performance and productivity.

Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance

compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to produce reports on sales performance that can be used by the management team for making the right decisions for the company.

provide effective after sales support and services to customers.

preparing and presenting periodic budgets/sales forecasts to management; they may also offer recommendations on appropriate action plans to take to improve operations of the business.

attend conferences, events and trade shows to expand personal networks and increase job knowledge.

Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of a company’s sales staff to ensure an effective salesforce

Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance

Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities

Coordinate with CRM, and get customer feedback and ensure to take all measures to retain clients.

Support the CRM, and get all receivables on time.

Coordinate, Train and support Production / Quality Control department in ensuring production of better quality / saleable product is made available for customers.

Coordinating and creating an On Time Delivery system for the client of different regions.

Travelling to visit clients in different parts of the country.

Collecting Customer Data, and ensuri

Education/Experience

Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters Degree in Sales and Marketing

3-5 years of experience in the field of sales

Good organisational skills

Excellent communication skills

Positive teamwork skills

Ability to travel to different parts of the country for product promotion and marketing campaigns and meeting existing and potential clients.
